We understand that plans can change, and we try to keep things easy whenever possible. If you need to cancel or adjust your booking, please reach out as soon as you can.

Cancellations made at least three weeks in advance will receive a full refund.

If your cruise ship is unable to dock on the island due to circumstances beyond your control, any deposit or full payment will also be fully refunded.
